Some of these are really excellent & amazing, but many of these statues’ information where they are located & who the artists are unknown. Though it would have been nice but still it’s an excellent demonstration of figurative differences in art.

Las estatuas mas curiosas del mundo…

Estatuas de esas que no ves todos los dias, bueno menos si vives al lado de una de estas estatuas…

  • Sig says:

At least three of the statues are in Stockholm, Sweden. Nr 3 from the top, “God Father on the Rainbow” by Carl Milles, standig at Nacka strand. Nr 13, “Non Violence” by Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd, standing on Sergelpassagen (also in the UN HQ in NY). Nr 49, “Humor” by Karl Göte Bejemark, appearing on Hamngatan by Berzelii park. Nr 47 could also be Sweden. Nr 39 I think used to be in Berlin, just off Alexanderplatz and opposite Museumsinsel.

  • They are all awesome statues..:-)

The big “Thumb” is in La Défense in Paris. Next to the CNIT building and not far from the Grande Arche.

Both nr 2 and 11 are from vigelandsparken in Oslo, Norway. Nr. 2 got famous because it was stolen. There are a lot of ehh… interesting statues there, i must say
